Cheese Cake!
Send your sweet tooth to heaven with this
recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup cream or (sour cream)
- 4 eggs, separated
Mix together the cheese, sugar, flour and
vanilla.
Beat the egg yolks with salt and add with the cream
to the cheese mix. Beat the whites stiff and
fold through
the batter. Dip filling over crumb crust.
Bake at 300* - 325*
until set. (About 40 minutes)
Cool gradually. Do not remove from pan until cooled.
